Red Pontiac
Versatile Red potato. Harvest early for red baby potatoes or let mature for large blocky potatoes. Thin red skin with shallow eyes and crisp white flesh. Excellent mashed or boiled. Good storing. Does well in heavy soils. Mid-Season. 80-100 days.
Purple Majesty
Majestic Purple skin. Solid purple flesh. A disease resistant variety that produces well. Amazing color for mashed potatoes or purple french fries. Mid-Season. 85-100 days.
Kennebec
A short oval potato with smooth pale yellow skin, shallow eyes and white flesh. Can be used for fries, hash browns and many other uses even without peeling. Kennebec, one of the best keepers, is resistant to blight, mosaic, late blight and net necrosis. Produces dependable heavy yields of large potatoes in most soils. A great plant for the North as it sunburns easily. Mid Season 85+ days
