Any items with the name "- SPRING" are available to ship January thru May / June (or until we run out) and will ship immediately after ordering. All other items are classified as Fall and will ship between mid-September and mid-November. Please order accordingly. Fall garlic is typically available for pre-order around May 1st.

You will be asked if substitutions are okay for each item - farming is not guaranteed. Because of this, substitutions may become necessary. Naturally grown means the product is grown organically but does not have the organic certification. Conventional means it is not grown organically, but by conventional farming methods. If there is a price difference, a credit will be applied to your account.
