Carolina Rubyhas a red skin that gives beautiful contrast to a deep orange flesh. Very tasty with good disease resistance. (Currently will be substituting Carolina Ruby with Purple Profusion)
Red Japanese has purple skin and white flesh. An adaptable variety that produces well without optimal heat and season length. Ships in Late May
