ORGANIC MEXICAN PEARL (Creole)

Mexican Pearl is creamy white all the way through, with pearl white papers. It is a Creole from Sonora Mexico that produces large bulbs. Roughly 13 cloves per bulb. This variety is weakly bolting, some hardnecks present, some without. Grown in warm climates. Spicy when raw but has a sweet and creamy flavor when roasted.

Creoles are best suited to hot and humid southern climates.

GARLIC GROWING GUIDE

Few bulbs in the north reach 2+ inches, please note early bird orders will get our biggest bulbs first. We will not send any garlic that is smaller than 1.5 inches. When grown in southern climates, garlic will size up significantly.

When Will This Ship?

Orders shipping to Alaska will ship as soon as possible in September. 

All other orders will be shipped in the order which they were received beginning in mid September. If you order late (after August 1), expect your order to ship mid-October thru November.
